Vampiric Abilities

Despite of the healing skills, there is another way of recovering HP inside the olympiad, but it's not as powerful as heals, it's what we can call vampiric abilities. There is only two kinds of them: absorbing HP through normal physical damage and absorbing HP through magical damage of some specific skills. Both ways works only when you're dealing damage directly at the opponent's Health Points (HP), so if you're dealing damage on the enemy's Combat Points (CP), the HP absortion won't work at all.

Vampiric Rage Effect

The vampiric rage effect is how fighters can absorb part of the dealed normal physical damage on the opponent as their own HP, but it doesn't work on damage dealed with physical skills or arrows, so it's more useful for hand-to-hand classes like Tankers, Titans, and buffers too, like Doomcryers, Hierophants and Spectral Dancers. This ability is not applied at the class, instead it's applied on some buffs and special itens, just like the reflect damage effect, let's see about them down below.

Epic Earring Jewels

Starting by the itens that allows this effect to work for all classes, the Zaken's Earring gives 4% of the vampiric rage effect, and the Earring of Antharas gives 6% of the vampiric rage ability, this is a passive skill, so the player needs only to equip the jewels and it will work. These percentage values might be different on java servers, as always.

Buffs For Vampiric Rage

There are a few classes who has their own vampiric rage buffs, which are: Vampiric Rage (Shillien's Saint), Chant of Vampire (Doomcryer) and Dance of The Vampire (Spectral Dancer). Vampiric Rage and Chant of Vampire gives 9% of the vapiric rage effect, Dance of Vampire gives 8% of the vampiric rage effect and Prophecy of Wind gives 5% of the vampiric rage effect (doesn't work for skills). It's possible to use only Vampiric Rage or Chant of Vampire in the PvP because they can't be combined, but the Dance of Vampire and Prophecy of Wind can be combined with any of them.

Item Skill: Vampiric Rage

This item skill can be combined with all the other bonuses, including the other buffs, but there's no passive skill for this buff augment. I can't tell you the exact vampiric rage effect value it gives because it changes a lot according to the server, but usually it's something about 8% to 10%, similuar to the buffs above.

HP Drain Special Ability

There are three S Grade weapons that may receive the HP Drain SA (Special Ability), which has the same function as the vampiric rage effect, giving 3% of increase to this ability. The three weapons are the Angel Slayer (Dagger), Basalt Battlehammer (One Handed Blunt) and the Dragon Hunter Axe (Two Handed Blunt).

Critical Drain Special Ability

This is a Special Ability similar to the HP Drain one, but it absorbs HP only when the agressor deals a physical critical damage, with a fixed value absortion, where the value changes according to the weapons grade, so usually it's useless in the olympiad, but it's good to know that it exists.

Magical Damage Vampiric Skills

These are the main magical skills that can absorb Health Points from the opponent, remember that they will absorb only part of the dealt damage directly at the opponent's HP, and not the total damage. The absortion percentage is something about 60% and almost all of them are have the unholy/dark attribute, except by the Steal Essence, which absorbs 80% of the damage dealt at the enemy's HP to his own HP and has no related attribute.

Here's the name of these magical skill's and their respective classes: Steal Essence (Doomcryer and Dominator), Vampiric Claw (Soultaker and Storm Screamer), Dark Vortex (Soultaker and Storm Screamer), Item Skill: Vampiric Claw (Augmentation Skill), Drain Health (Hell Knight and Shillien's Templar) and Life Leech (Shillien's Templar). There are a few more skills like these, but they are mostly used to hunt and level up, because they are skills from low levels.
